“How can we create a workplace where we, regardless of age or generations, can truly feel valued for who we are and contribute our distinctive perspectives, voice and talent to our shared mission?”
Every generation wants to do meaningful and purposeful work.
Making up almost 30% of our workforce, Gen Z is leading the charge in aligning the workplace with their values, advocating for mental health support, inclusivity, and transparency baked into the culture of the companies where they choose to work.
Part of that is being able to work effectively and collaboratively across generations.
I help companies and organizations create a workplace that empowers Gen Z and all generations to collaborate and connect. In doing so, I help organizations to harness the power of our full engagement to meet the their highest missions.
Gen Z and the young talent are the future. I worked as associate dean of college of Brown University and as a psychologist at Harvard University, supporting the talented young adults. My work with organizations includes: Accenture, Harvard Business School, Dell, Boston Scientific, Deutsche Bank, Verizon, and Massachusetts General Hospital, Neolth and Telosity.
