I’m a clinical psychologist, and I work with individuals, couples and families navigating the demands of today’s world.
Many individuals - adolecents, college students, and young adults - are navigating an era defined by rapid technological changes, social pressure, and achievement demands.
Couples and families are trying to meet the professional, relational and caregiving responsibilities, sometimes feeling overwhelmed.
My clinical and research expertise centers on the psychological trends shaping many: high rates of anxiety and perfectionism, digital immersion, identity exploration, chronic stress, and the pressure to “have it all figured out” while the world feels uncertain.
In addition to being a clinician and nationally recognized Gen Z expert, I am a parent of two Gen Z children (age 18 and 21) and one young millennial (age 31).
